How does the printing and shipping process work?
All orders are printed, at a professional color lab, here in Grand Rapids, MI. Please be patient, as all photos are only printed on demand, none are kept in stock. As soon as the photo is printed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
How are photos shipped?
Photos are shipped in a tough, cardboard box with several layers of protection. I have yet to be notified that a print has yet to be damaged in shipping, but please let me know if your photo does indeed arrive damaged and I'll make it right :)
Do you provide expedited shipping?
Not at the moment. As photos are only printed on demand, the fulfillment process time is dictated mostly by the lead time of the photo lab, so it's difficult to promise any specific delivery times. And unfortunately, due to the service I use, shipping to Canada is a $25 flat fee (insert crying face emoji here).
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique, print-on-demand aspect of this business, all sales are final.
